Booking Policy + Deposits

Please select your appointment times wisely around your commitments to avoid any clashes. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment time. The amount of the booking fee will be deducted from the cost of your services at your appointment.

Children + Other Guests

Please remember that permanent makeup services are hygienic procedures. Treatment rooms are for the technician and client only. No spectators will be allowed. If needed, seating is available in our lobby area for adults to wait during your procedure. For safety reasons, unsupervised children are not permitted.

Refunds

All procedures are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted if made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment time if you reschedule within this time frame. Failure to reschedule within 48 hours will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Appointments can be rescheduled no more than three times. After the third rescheduled appointment, the booking fee is forfeited and a new appointment and booking fee will be required.
